How can you save me money on my business mobile contract(s)?
By reviewing your existing mobile contracts, we will be able to analyse and recommend the best network and the best tariff to suit your business needs. This will lead to savings and give you better value for money.
How can you save me time and effort?
We review and understanding your existing mobile communication contracts in conjunction with your business needs; make best-fit adjustments and recommendations aligned to your business usage. Going forward, we will set up and manage your mobile contracts for you.
What does it cost to use D4K-Consulting services?
This is no cost to you. In effect, D4K acts as a mobile communications broker, and therefore receives commission from the networks.
Am I restricted to which network I choose?
There are no restrictions as to your choice of network. It is up to us to review your existing mobile phone contracts and advise and recommend the best option for you. It may be that your current provider is actually preferential in terms of network reach, but not necessarily the best tariff plan for your business usage.
What about the choice of handsets?
There is no restriction on handset choice. It will come down to your budget and business preferences and we can present you with a range of options.
What happens if I have several months to run on my existing contract?
These circumstances are very common and the first thing D4K-Consulting will do is establish exactly what the terms of your current Agreement say. D4K will then advise on the best way forward and the options open to you.
Will I have a contract with D4K-Consulting, directly with the network or both?
Your mobile phone contract will be directly with the network. D4K will have standard terms of business for your agreement.
Will my mobile bill be from D4K-Consulting or my network provider?
Your phone bill will come directly from your network provider and we can set this up for you to receive this online. D4K will be happy to review and analyse your bill against usage if there is occasion where it appears to be unusually higher than the agreed tariff.
How regularly will my account manager contact me?
A review schedule will be arranged between you and your account manager in line with your business needs. Typically, a formal review will take place quarterly but your account manager will be available on a day-to-day basis, should you have any questions or ongoing requirements.
How do I keep my number when I switch?
Simply text "PAC" to 65075 if you would like to keep your existing number or text "STAC" to 75075 if you want to terminate the contract and the number. If you want to find out whether you are still “in-contract”, just text 'INFO' to 85075. The PAC, STAC and INFO numbers are the same across ALL networks.
